Her artwork has been described as realistic and fantasy, offering a kinder, gentler reality than one encounters each day. Subjects of paintings are inspired by trips, locally or abroad to bring pleasant thoughts to the viewer. She is a self-taught artist, influenced by her highly skilled grandmother in her early years.
